  • Overview

    Legal and Commercial Services professionals deliver and coordinate legal, contract and commercial advice and counsel in support of Accenture’s or our clients’ business, working to management and mitigate risk and ensure ethical behavior and compliance with laws and company policies.


    The Contract Associate Manager provides contract execution and support to the Contract Management personnel at all levels including tracking deliverables and providing documentation control among other duties. The Contract Associate Manager may work on more than one engagement or, alternatively, be full-time on a single engagement (depending on the size/complexity of the agreement). With contracts becoming larger and more complex, expert commercial management practices take on an even greater prominence and Accenture's team of dedicated Contract Management professionals is leading the way. Indeed, the group's mission is to provide superior, consistent delivery against Accenture's contract commitments, safeguarding revenues, profits and reputation.



    • Participates in Contract Management teams to support contract and subcontract compliance
    • Generates reports required to monitor contract compliance
    • Identifies contract management issues and proposes solutions for approval
    • Provides negotiation support as required
    • Independently works at smaller engagements or works within team at a large, complex engagement
    • Independently applies the contract management tools and techniques to assigned projects
    • Supports training activities for Contract Management personnel
    • Ability to act as a temporary back-up for a project Contract Manager



    • Minimum 4 years' experience in the contract management, legal or procurement field
    • Bachelor's degree and/or advanced degree

    • Able to set priorities and juggle multiple demands
    • Strong written and oral communication skills
    • Able to apply sound business judgment
    • Understands basic contracting principles
    • Proficiency using Microsoft Office applications (e.g. Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
