This position will act as aback up to our executive assistant located in Andover MA. and will support the team located in the Plano Parkway facility with the primary responsibility of supporting the Operations Director.
Part time administrative assistant to support Director of GBS SC Operations. Responsibilities will include normal admin type duties to include but not limited to scheduling meetings & events, maintaining calendar of events, coordinating and scheduling / booking travel, filing expense reports, printing documents, working closely with other local admins in support of the facility such as facility event planning, morale building events, and site drills.
The ideal candidate will be able to communicate and collaborate across all levels of the organization and have some previous admin experience.
Include proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite and able to work and manipulate spreadsheets, build PowerPoint presentations, and construct high level word documents.
The candidate will be able to work with little supervision and oversight and should be self motivated and able to solve routine problems and situations that occur.
