Contract Administrative Associate



This position is for a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to support the Facilities Service Desk.

The CSR will be responsible for receiving and processing Facilities maintenance requests as well as generating and distributing/dispatching the work requests to the appropriate persons/site.

Responsibilities also include answering and directing callers for the Raytheon Corporate Operator line.

The CSR is expected to assist with other duties as required.
