This position will report directly to one of the Indirect Supply Chain team leads and provide support across the Indirect Supply Chain Strategic Sourcing team, as tasked. The position will be responsible for reviewing existing agreements, writing award summaries, cataloging and in general ensuring current and complete documentation exists and is available within the centralized electronic repository for all indirect, company-wide agreements. The position will assist in the conduct of market research and data analysis to support early supplier identification and engagement for new business pursuits. The position will as well work closely with the Indirect Management team to update existing and/or develop new job aids to include but not limited to local work instructions, computer based training modules, metrics reports, and electronic data repositories.


This is a senior level position responsible for PCB designs from conception to manufacturing including library part creation, schematic capture, component placement, routing, Gerber / ODB++ file creation, and all documentation using the Mentor Graphics Toolset including CES and the RE routing environment, both in Board Station and Expedition. Designs include printed wiring boards as well as flex assemblies and rigid-flex assemblies. Responsible for interfacing with electrical, mechanical, and producibility engineering disciplines to ensure that the overall design requirements are captured and accomplished


Must have experience developing Repair Parts and Special Tools Lists (RPSTL) graphics. (Must have past experience with Military or DoD manual development)
As a graphics artist you will:
• Create and update Repair Parts and Special Tools Lists (RPSTL) Graphics using AutoTrol Technical Illustrator, Adobe Illustrator, and Arbortext IsoDraw using the MIL-STD-40051 and S1000D standards.
• Create and update Technical Manuals using Arbortext Editor software in accordance with the MIL-STD-40051 and S1000D standards.
• Perform formatting, editing, proofreading, and quality control functions to produce technical publications in a deadline-driven environment for the Phalanx, SeaRAM and Land-based Phalanx Weapon System (LPWS) in support of the Navy and Army customers.
• Responsible for working closely with engineers to develop or edit graphics for technical publications, graphics for military logistics technical publications and interact closely with co-workers, subject matter experts, and customers to understand and meet product expectations.
• Manage multiple deadlines and priorities within specified time frames.


The Sr. Business Planner is responsible for the creation, analysis and maintenance of the program Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) and leading and supporting project teams with
overall program planning, tracking, status, maintenance, cost and schedule integration, and reporting. Performs analysis and prepares reports in order to ensure that programs meet or
exceed schedule commitments. Participates in the preparation of schedules for all contract work and performs and/or assists in critical path and variance analysis. Stays aware of and
incorporates contractual changes into the IMS in order to maintain realistic contract schedule baselines. This position is the overall program Master Phasing Schedule and Integrated
Master Plan/Integrated Master Schedule.


This position reports to a Lead Instructional Designer as a member of a cross-functional team and is responsible for analysis, design and development of training materials and courseware. We are seeking a high energy individual with a passion for instructional systems development, customer service or organizational effectiveness. • Helping to ensure the site is prepared for corporate and VPP audits
• Performing chemical inventories and Safety Data Sheet (SDS) verification
• Updating Job Hazard Analysis database
• Analyzing and updating site wide EHSS signage and maps

Individuals will be assigned to work with a team of operators, technicians, and engineers responsible for the assembly of various mechanical assemblies and microelectronic devices. In addition to the manual assembly, these individuals will be required to cross train on automated equipment and computers that will be essential in their work cells. Individuals will perform a wide variety of tasks in support of a manual and partially automated assembly production environment, and provide guidance and leadership to the other members in their work cells.

Primary responsibilities will be to support complex medium to large initiatives to achieve significant cost reductions, productivity improvements in the total cost of goods while maintaining or improving product by providing analytical support and documentation for the sourcing of long term agreements.
